When I first arrived at Propeller in 2016, I was the first and only designer at the firm. After taking an initial inventory of Propeller’s brand, I found that all they had was four outdated color swatches and a vector file of their logo. Over 6.5 years, I built up the entire visual ecosystem of Propeller’s brand while amplifying its unique voice within the management consulting industry, culminating in a full brand refresh in 2022 that positioned the firm to make momentum™ in 2023 and beyond.
