Propeller consulting was founded as a firm that focused on people first, leading them to develop a document that outlined eight principles that would guide them and how they interacted with clients and colleagues. This took physical shape in a manifesto book that is given to each employee when they started at the firm. I took the text written to define the ethos of the firm and translated it into a highly-visual piece. Nearly every spread of the book is shown below.
