Smart Lab Toys approached us to help them better understand their consumers (parents, guardians, educators, and, of course, children), get a better grasp on what their competition was doing and how they packaged and marketed their educational toys, and update their brand and packaging to better position themselves to compete in an increasingly crowded marketplace for interactive, educational toys.
