Jacobsen Salt Co. and Bee Local (then a separate entity from Jacobsen Salt Co.) were gearing up for a year of big changes and growth in their product lines. I concepted, helped coordinate, and completed several fast-paced packaging, marketing, and sales projects while working closely with CEO, Ben Jacobsen, the director of marketing and sales, and the lead product manager.
