SmartLab Toys approached us to help them better understand their consumers (parents, guardians, educators, and, of course, children). They wanted to get a better grasp on what their competition was doing, how they packaged and marketed their educational toys, and update their brand and packaging to better position themselves to compete in an increasingly crowded marketplace for interactive, educational toys.
